1、 Due to design requirements for pins or bent legs
When stopping the bending and cutting of the infrared LED beads, the position of the bending and cutting should be more than 3mm away from the bottom surface of the gel;
Bending needs to be done in the welding line;
When using infrared LED chips to insert lights, the spacing between PCB board holes should match the spacing between the pins of the infrared LED chips;
Due to the vibration and friction of the foot cutting machine, a large amount of static electricity is generated during foot cutting. Therefore, the machine needs to be stably grounded and anti-static measures should be taken (such as blowing an ion fan to eliminate static electricity).
Infrared LED beads cannot be plugged in during welding;
Do not apply any pressure to the infrared LED beads during heating;
2、 Anti static precautions
All equipment and instruments that come into contact with infrared LED bulbs must be grounded;
Anyone who comes into contact with infrared LED bulbs must wear anti-static trick tapes or anti-static gloves; Do not take the product with bare hands
If the infrared LED beads are damaged by electrostatic induction, it shows some adverse characteristics, such as increased leakage current, decreased or increased static forward voltage, no light or abnormal light emission during low current testing.
3、 Overcurrent maintenance
Connect the infrared LED beads in series with a maintenance resistor to ensure stable operation
The formula for calculating resistance value is: r=(vcc vf)/if
Vcc is the power supply voltage, vf is the driving voltage of the infrared LED beads, and if is the forward current
4、 Electrical testing and product application
When testing vf, brightness, and wavelength, the current must be set to 20ma. When testing vr, the ir should be set to 10ua, and when testing ir, the vr should be set to 5V;
When detecting and using infrared LED chips, it is necessary to use a constant current source to detect the same current for each infrared LED chip, in order to ensure the detection of brightness and other characteristic differences;
Infrared LED beads are used in environments with temperatures ranging from -30 ℃ to 60 ℃;
When using spectrophotometry to separate products, do not mix products with different levels of box numbers (marked on each package label) on the same product to prevent color and brightness differences. If it is necessary to use mixed level box numbers, adjacent level box numbers can be used together, but it should be avoided as much as possible.
